Initiate your return within 30 days of delivery by emailing lauren@copperdotleather.com .You'll need your order number and your shipping zip code.Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email or packing slip.
Pack your return: Pack inside the original or a similar-sized box.
Ship your return: We will send you a return label. A $15 return handling fee is deducted from your refund for orders returned to the original payment method. This feeis waived for orderswho wish to exchange. ( limited to one exchange or fees apply. )
Processing time: Once delivered, please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed.
